Important – Secret Ballot Update for 2017 HOA Board of Directors Election

Please Note: You must fill out the secret ballot envelope exactly as noted on the front of the envelope. If you do not, your vote will be invalid and will not count for this year’s HOA board of directors election.

“The completed ballot and envelope and any related materials must contain the name, address and signature of the person voting (if the documents permit or require secret ballots, only the envelope and any non-ballot-related material must contain the name, address and signature of the voter)”

Gate Codes Changing 4-5-17

Pre-spring greeting to you all. A notice to let you know that per the schedule conveyed this summer, the codes for the privacy gates will be changing again April 5 on the rolling 6-month cycle. You will be receiving this notice also via a mailing due out mid-month. The link below will take you to a printable document with the new codes. Community Newsletter October/November 2016

The October/November community newsletter has been uploaded and is ready to view, just click here. You do have to be registered on the site, so if you haven’t yet done so, set up your account here. Doing so provides homeowners with access to all the community documents, and you will get an email notification when there are new posts and information.

Vandalism, Etc., Call 9-1-1

Recently, a child was seen trying break into the park restroom by repeatedly kicking the door; the frame broke because of this. In a separate incident, a group of kids was seen attempting to climb the windmill; earlier this summer there was graffiti on the back of a dumpster and power box — viewable from Highway 260.

If you see anyone vandalizing community or a neighbor’s property, or if you something that doesn’t look right, such as an open door at a neighbor’s home when you know he/she is not there, please call 9-1-1 immediately.

If you see the results of vandalism after the fact, please contact HOAMCO at 928.537.1067, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
